LoxiLabs ("we", "us") is an independent Data + AI lab established in Italy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through loxilabs.com, why, and how you can exercise your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Italian law.

What we collect

• Contact enquiries. Name, company, email address, and the content of your message, sent to us when you use the contact form or email us. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in responding.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider records IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps in server logs for security and reliability. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Client engagement data. If you become a client, we process business contact details and engagement records under contract.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, we do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not use your enquiry for marketing without your consent.

Fonts and third parties

Web fonts are loaded from third-party font services; your browser sends a request to those providers that includes your IP address. We do not receive personal data from them.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and the statutory retention period thereafter.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing by writing to privacy@loxilabs.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

International transfers

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated date.
