James founded LoxiLabs in August 2025 after 25 years and 126+ Data and AI engagements across 13 countries. The lab exists because of a pattern he kept running into, sector after sector: plenty of AI activity, very little of it tied to a number the business actually cares about.
The answer wasn't another strategy deck or another proof of concept. It was a lab that works in the missing layer between strategy, product design, data, adoption, and economics — small senior teams, close to the problem, staying until the thing is used.

Every team is led by people who have shipped production systems before. There's no pyramid, and no quiet hand-off to a junior bench once the sale is made.
We report uplift against controls, cost per outcome, and adoption by real users. If we can't measure it, we don't claim it.
We partner with OpenAI, Anthropic, Databricks, Snowflake, and Google Cloud, and we recommend what fits the outcome, not what fits a reseller margin.
Architecture, governance, and unit economics are set before a prototype becomes a demo, so nothing has to be rebuilt to go live.
Accelerators and frameworks shorten the path from idea to production and leave your teams with assets they own.
We hand over code, practices, and operating model so the work carries on without us. Dependency isn't a business model we're interested in.
